Festival Location Map 2019
The Hull Real Ale & Cider Festival 2019 is organised by the Festival Committee of the Hull & East Yorkshire Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA). This year’s festival committee consists of: Mark Bainton, Angela Cawte, Bernie Cawte (Festival Organiser), Pete Fleming, Pete Mason, De Hempstock and Mark Spight.
We would not be able to hold our festival without the help of a large number of individuals and companies, especially the following main sponsors:
Saltaire Brewery, KWL, Wold Top Brewery, Great Newsome Brewery, Timothy Taylor Brewery, RSM, Begbies Traynor Group, Yorkshire Brewhouse and Taphouse Brewpub
The festival staff are all unpaid and have given up their time to ensure you enjoy yours. Please be patient at busy times, abuse will not be tolerated. If anyone is found to be abusing staff or other customers you will be asked to leave.
The pub and brewery related Tombola has been organized by Ken Smith. Tickets are 25p each. We are grateful to the large number of breweries, licensees, businesses and individuals that have either donated, or sponsored prizes. A full list will be on display at the Tombola Stand.
GLASS RETENTION REQUIRED
For safety reasons we have provided lined poly-carbonate festival glasses, which you have been charged a refundable deposit of £1. You will need to hold on to this ‘glass’ for the duration of your visit. This is a system that is normally operated at a CAMRA festival.
Please take your glass with you as there are no glasses available from the bars. Should you wish to exchange your glass please return it to the glass collection point.
NO ACTUAL GLASS TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE CHURCH
There are no public toilets in the Church, but we have provided some portaloos outside for your use. Please leave them clean and tidy and if there are any problems with the facilities please tell a member of staff.
Smoking (includes e-cigarettes) is not allowed within this church building. Please use the designated area outside the SOUTH entrance.
Thursday and Friday
